Purpose

Due to a change in group membership we need to
review the Political Balance and the allocation of seats on
Committees.

Content

(a)       That seats on
committees be allocated in accordance with political
balance

as shown in appendix A; and
 

(b)       That any changes to
nominees be notified to the Democratic Services

Manager as soon as possible before the next meeting
of each committee.
