Purpose

To consider the proposed Housing Revenue
Account (HRA) Budget for 2024/25 and the HRA Business
Plan.

Content

(a)       That the Committee support
the HRA budget for 2025/26, as set out in the report;

 

(b)       That the Committee support
the proposed minimum rent increase of 2.7%;

 

(c)       That the Committee support
a garage rent increase of 2.7%;

 

(d)       That the Committee support
the rent increase in service charges to full cost
recovery;

 

(e) That the Committee support the pressures and
efficiencies as set out in Appendix A of the report; and

 

(f) That the Committee support the proposed HRA
Capital Programme for 2025/26 as set out in Appendix B of the
report.
