Purpose

To consult on engaging with a company for the
purpose of delivering homeless accommodation services for up to 50
households experiencing homelessness.

Content

(a)       That the Committee note
the work undertaken to identify potential providers of an intensive
housing management service for homeless accommodation;

 

(b)       That the Committee note
the outcome of the Prior Information Notice (PIN) by way of testing
the market; and

 

(c)       That the Committee support
the direct award to D2 PropCo to engage them as a partner to
provide an intensive housing management solution for
homeless

accommodation.
