Purpose

To seek the delegation of Cabinet/Members with
respect to the provisions of the Public Health (Wales) Act 2017
which will enable officers to fulfil the requirements of the new
‘Special Procedures’ licensing regime.

Content

(a)       That Overview and
Scrutiny support the delegation to officers of the Public Health
(Wales) Act 2017 be noted; and
 

(b)       That Overview and
Scrutiny support the Constitution be amended accordingly to reflect
the delegation.
