That in accordance with the officer recommendation, planning
permission be granted subject to the conditions set out in the
report and Section 106 Obligation to provide a financial
contribution towards public open space of £8432, together
with two additional conditions:

The existing vehicular
footway crossing, Talacre Public House, shall be reinstated to full
height in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved
by the County Council prior to the commencement of any site
works.
·
The name Talacre Arms
to be incorporated into the new development.
