Purpose

To provide an annual update on the Common
Housing Register.

Content

(a)       That
the Committee note the current levels of housing needs across the
county and the growing pressures regarding social housing which was
not in line with the supply of available homes locally; and

 

(b)       That
the Committee note te review of the SARTH Partnership and Common
Allocations Police and the recent appointment of Neil Morland &
Co for this piece of work.
