Purpose

This regular
monthly report provides the latest revenue budget monitoring
position for 2024/25 for the Council Fund and Housing Revenue
Account. The position is based on actual income and expenditure as
at Month 9, and projects forward to year-end.

Content

(a)       That the report and
the estimated financial impact on the 2024/25 budget be noted;
and
 
(b)       That the measures
being put in place to improve the financial position be supported
and approved, and the use of reserves to address the potential
overspends referenced in the report by the end of the financial
year be approved.
