structure for performance management across the portfolio and
details how the service standards set in policy will be measured
and reported through the governance processes that are already in
place, ensuring that performance is linked more closely to the
council plan and portfolio business plan.

That the revised operating structure for
performance management and reporting within the Streetscene &
Transportation portfolio be supported, and it be noted that the
previous Streetscene Standards are no longer supported.
