(a)         
To approve the sub-delegation of the functions
delegated to the Licensing Committee, under the Public Health
(Wales) Act 2017, to a sub-committee structure.

(b)        
That Members to undertake training when the
statutory guidance has been published by Welsh
Government.

(c)         
That a letter be sent to Welsh Government from the
Chair of the Committee outlining the concerns raised over the scope
of the businesses covered within the draft guidance.
