(a)       That
the Committee reviewed the Council’s Corporate Risk Register
report, in particular risk RSS54 – Care Provision
Sustainability; and

(b)       That
the Committee were assured of the arrangements in place to manage
risk RSS54 – Care Provision Sustainability.
