To provide
information on the proposed governance arrangements of the Local
Authority Trading Companies and an overview of the different models
of operational ADMs.

Content

That having considered the governance
arrangements outlined in this report, the Committee provides
feedback on the governance arrangements proposed, for
consideration by Cabinet when they are asked
to ratify the arrangements.
