Purpose

To approve the
regulations of the Investigatory Powers Act Policy.

Content

(a)     That the
Committee is assured that the recommendations from the most recent
Investigatory Powers Commissioner's Office inspection have been
implemented; and

 

(b)     That the
Council’s Regulation of Investigatory Powers policy is
approved.
