item 6.2 (FUL/000134/25) - Councillor Sean
Bibby declared that he was predetermined as he had assisted
residents with their objections to application, and said that he
would speak as Local Member when the application was discussed
without taking part in the vote.  The
item was later deferred.

item 6.3 (COU/001117/24) - Councillor Mike
Peers declared a personal interest as the Chair of Planning
Committee at Buckley Town Council.
 

Agenda item 6.4 (FUL/000783/24) - The Chair declared a personal interest as a member of Saltney
Town Council although he had not taken part in the debate when the
Town Council had considered the application.  He advised that he would vacate the chair for that
item in order to participate as a Committee Member, allowing the
Vice-Chair to chair the item.

 

On the same item, the Chief Officer (Planning,
Environment & Economy) declared that he knew the applicant and
would leave the chamber after agenda item 6.3.  He advised that he had no involvement in pre
application discussion or in the pulling together of the
officer’s report.  He withdrew
from the meeting after agenda item 6.3.
