Purpose

To provide an overview of what the Panel
Performance Assessment will consist of and the agreed areas of
performance the Panel will focus on.

Content

(a)       That the areas of
focus for the Panel Performance Assessment be approved;
 
(b)       That the Scoping
document for the Panel Performance Assessment prior to sharing with
the WLGA be approved;
 
(c)        That the next
steps and key dates around the Panel Performance Assessment be
noted; and
 
(d)       That a briefing note
be produced for all Members to explain the relevance of all
governance documents.
