Purpose

To present the
results of the Audit Committee self-assessment which will feed into
the preparation of the Annual Governance Statement. It will also
form the basis for the provision of any further training required
by the Committee.

Content

That the Committee has considered the results
and notes the actions required, further information needed and
training/development requirements.
