Purpose

This regular monthly report provides the
latest revenue budget monitoring position for 2025/26 for the
Council Fund and Housing Revenue Account. The position is based on
actual income and expenditure as at Month 5, and projects forward
to year-end.

Content

(a)       That
1) the report and the estimated financial impact on the 2025/26
budget and 2) the measures being put in place to improve the
financial position by the end of the financial year; and
 

(b)       That
Cabinet approve initial funding of 12 months resource costs
(£0.155m to £0.165m) to implement SharePoint from the
Contingency Reserve.
