To outline the Council’s winter
maintenance policy, with specific emphasis on the inclusion of
cycleways, and to present options for enhancing service coverage
and resilience.

Content

(a)       That the refreshed
winter maintenance and adverse weather response policy as presented
in the report be supported; and
 

(b)       That the
portfolio’s response to adverse weather events over the
winter season 2024-2025 be acknowledged.
