The Chair declared a
personal and prejudicial interest in Agenda Item 4. She confirmed
that she would be handing the Chair over to the Vice Chair and
leaving the meeting following consideration of Agenda Item 3.
 
Mrs Wendy White also
declared a personal and prejudicial interest in Agenda Item 4 as
the Director of the Catholic Diocesan. 
She confirmed that she was present to answer any questions from
Members of the Committee and would not be taking part in the debate
or voting.
 
Councillors Ryan
McKeown and Jason Shallcross both declared a personal interest in
Agenda Item 3. 
 
Mrs Lisa Allen
declared an personal interest in Agenda Item 4.
