That the Committee consider the update and provide
any comments.

That the Committee agree that delegated
responsibility to approve the final response to MHCLG’s
Access and Fairness consultation is jointly provided to the
Pensions Administration Manager and Head of Clwyd Pension Fund,
noting that Committee and Board members will be asked to share any
views as part of the training on the afternoon of the
meeting.
