Purpose

To provide an overview of the annual
performance of the Development Management Service for the financial
year 2024/25

Content

(a)       That the
contents of the Development Management Annual Performance Update
for the reporting year 2024/25 be endorsed; 
 
(b)       That a workshop on
Enforcement be arranged early 2026; and
 

(c)       
That the Committee recognises the immense caseload facing the
Enforcement Team and is grateful for the Team’s hard work and
professionalism.
