Purpose

To present for consideration the draft Housing
Revenue Account (HRA) 30-year Financial Business Plan and the
proposed HRA Budget for 2026/27.

Content

(a)       That the HRA budget
for 2026/27 as set out in the report, be considered;
 
(b)       That the proposed
minimum rent increase of 4.3% be approved;
 
(c)        That the
garage rent increase of 4.3% be approved;
 
(d)       That the increase in
service charges to full cost recovery be approved;
 
(e)       That the pressures
and efficiencies set out in Appendix A be noted; and
 
(f)        That the
proposed HRA Capital programme for 2026/27 be approved.
