Purpose

To present the Annual Status Reports (ASRs) as
part of the Highways Asset Management Plan (HAMP) review, including
a draft Street Cleansing Policy for consideration and an update on
the Council’s approach to managing mud on roads, as requested
by the Environment and Economy Overview & Scrutiny
Committee.

Content

(a)       That
Cabinet supports and notes the contents of the report and
associated documents;
 

(b)       That
Cabinet supports and notes the proposed Street Cleansing Policy
included in Appendix 9 of the report; and

 

(c)       
That the Cabinet Member make written representations for financial
support for maintenance of the Flintshire Bridge.
