Purpose

To adopt two Supplementary Planning Guidance
Notes relating to Affordable Housing and the Retention of Local
Facilities as formal Supplementary Planning Guidance so that they
can carry weight as a material planning consideration alongside the
adopted Local Development Plan.

That the Affordable Housing SPG be adopted as
SPG and made available
for inspection on the
Council’s website.
