Purpose

To consult on the initial budget proposals for
the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Business Plan

Content

(a)       That the Committee notes
the HRA budget for 2026/27, as set out in the report;
 
(b)       That the Committee notes
the proposed rent increase of 4.3%;
 
(c)       That the Committee notes a
garage rent increase of 4.3%;
 
(d)       That the Committee
notes the increase in service charges to full cost recovery;
 
(e)
      That the
Committee notes the pressures and efficiencies, as set out in
Appendix A of the report; and
 
(f)        That the Committee
notes the proposed HRA Capital Programme for 2026/27, as set out in
Appendix B of the report.
