Council in tackling Mould and Condensation in Council
properties.

That the contents of the report be
endorsed, and housing assets be supported to continue to manage
mould and condensation service requests, along with the Housing
Disrepair (HDR) protocol, ensuring the obligations placed upon the
Council are met.
