Purpose

To seek Cabinet authorisation of the
Commissioning Form for the replacement of FCC’s Financial
Systems. Cabinet authorisation of the form is required as the total
spend for these replacement systems is estimated to be £15
million over the next 19 years.

That the procurement of a new financial system
with a potential 19 year contract duration be authorised.
