Purpose

To report on progress in delivering a project
to support young people to move from high-cost residential care in
line with their assessed need.

Content

That members reviewed and formally
acknowledged the progress achieved in implementing the Reconnect
programme and endorsed the reintegration of children from
out-of-county residential placements where this was assessed as a
safe and appropriate transition, aligned to a child’s
needs.
