Purpose

To consider the proposed funding changes to
the capital programme and increased funding for voids within the
Housing Revenue Account business plan.

(a)
      That the HRA Capital
Programme for 2026, as set out at Appendix A of the report, be
noted; and
 
(b)
      That the Committee
supports the proposed reallocation of £3.150m of funding to
the voids budget.
