Purpose

To provide an update on the operation of the
markets service in Flintshire and to propose amendments to increase
their benefit to Flintshire town centres.

RESOLVED:
 
That the Committee recommend to Cabinet that
engagement takes place with both Holywell and Mold Town Councils
with a view to them taking over the management of the Holywell
Street Market and Mold Car Boot sale going forward.
