Purpose

To review the Political Balance and the
allocation of seats on Committees.

Content

(a)       That
seats on committees be allocated in accordance with political
balance as circulated to Members prior to the meeting; and
 
 

(b)       That
any changes to nominees be notified to the Democratic Services
Manager as soon as possible.
