Purpose

To provide information on a review being
undertaken by the Law Commission in relation to a reform in the
legislation for burial, cremation and new funerary methods.

Content

(a)       That the proposed
changes to burial and cremation law that are being consulted upon
by the Law Commission be noted; and
 

(b)       That the submission
of the proposed response to the public consultation on behalf of
Flintshire County Council be approved.
