Purpose

1) To note the findings of the Corporate Self-Assessment 2025/26.

2) To acknowledge the opportunities for improvement identified in the corporate Self Assessment 2025/26.

Decision

(a)    That the Committee supports the Corporate Self-Assessment Report for 2025/26 and agrees the actions identified to address the areas of improvement following the CSA process; and

(b)    That the Committee acknowledges and endorses the progress made against the agreed actions in the Corporate Self-Assessment Improvement Plan following the last review.
