Purpose

To provide an overview and update on the newly
procured Dynamic Resource Scheduler (DRS), the changes that have
been made to the service during the testing stages of the pilot
along with new measures that have been implemented to improve
overall customer satisfaction with regards to the service
provided.

the pilot stages and next phase of the DRS testing before the
Council moves into a fully functional and fully live DRS
environment be noted.
