Purpose

All local authorities are required to publish
their Pay Policy Statement by April annually. The Pay Policy
Statement presented within this report is the twelfth annual
Statement published by Flintshire County Council.

Content

(a)       That the draft Pay
Policy Statement for 2024/25 be approved; and

 

(b)       That delegated
authority be given to the Corporate Manager (People and
Organisational Development) to update the Pay Policy Statement
2024/25 during the year to reflect any changes required by
legislation, Government policy or national negotiations so that it
remains accurate and current.
