RESOLVED:

 
That
the Notice of Motion submitted by Councillor Rose be supported,
including the suggestion from the Cabinet Member, Councillor
Bithell, that the remit of the scope of the work being carried out
by the Valuations and Estates department being broadened, be
accepted.
