Purpose

To provide the Revenue Budget Monitoring 2026/27 (Month 4) Report and the Capital Programme 2026/27 (Month 4) Report.

Decision

(a)    That having considered the Revenue Budget Monitoring 2026/27 (month 4) report, the comments raised by the Committee be referred to Cabinet;

(b)    That having considered the Capital Programme Monitoring 2026/27 (month 4) report, the comments raised by the Committee be referred to Cabinet; and

(c)    That a report on the funding reimbursement to the Highways Asset Management Programme (HAMP) budget for additional funding for the patching works required along sections of the planned cycle race route within Flintshire to safely accommodate the Tour of Britain Race event be added to the Forward Work Programme for consideration at a future meeting.
