Purpose

This report
provides the revenue budget outturn position for the Council Fund
and Housing Revenue Account, and the Capital Programme outturn
position for 2022/23.

considered the Revenue Budget Monitoring 2022/23 (final outturn)
report, the Committee confirms that there are no specific matters
to be raised with Cabinet; and
