Purpose

To share the Council Plan 2023-28 Part 1 and
Part 2 content for review and sign off.

Content

(1)       That the Council
Plan 2023-28 Part 1 and Part 2 documents that outline the actions,
measures and risks that underpin the Priorities, Sub-Priorities and
Well-being objectives of the Council Plan 2023-28 be agreed;
and
 

(2)       That the Chief
Executive be given authority, in consultation with the Leader of
the Council and Cabinet Member for Education, Welsh Language,
Culture and Leisure, to amend the Council Plan to reflect comments
from the Overview and Scrutiny Committees.
