RESOLVED: 
 

That the press and public be
excluded from the meeting as the following appendix
is considered to be exempt by virtue of Paragraph(s) 12 of Part 4
of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as
amended). 

The appendix relates to a
particular individual and the public interest in withholding the
information outweighs the public interest in disclosing the
information.
