Purpose

To
provide an annual update on the current Strategy.

Content

(a)       That the Committee
note the progress on delivery of the Housing Strategy Action Plan
2019-2024; and

 

(b)       That the Committee
note the changes as outlined in the report to the
following:

·        
The alignment of standards and intervention rate for
acquisition under the Social Housing Grant (SHG) with those under
the Transitional Accommodation Capital Programme (TACP).

·        
The updated timeframe for renewal of the current
Housing Strategy.
