Purpose

1. To present to Members the draft Treasury Management Annual
Report 2023/24 for comments and recommendations for approval to
Cabinet.

2. To provide an update on matters relating to the Council’s
Treasury Management Policy, Strategy and Practices to the end of
June 2024.

Content

(a) That the draft Treasury Management Annual Report
2023/24 be noted, with no matters to be drawn to the attention of
Cabinet in September; and
(b) That the Treasury
Management 2024/25 first quarter update be noted.
