Purpose

To update on the outcome of the Social
Services Care Inspectorate Wales Performance Evaluation Inspection
in November 2023 including the resulting action plan based on the
report’s recommendations.

Content

(a) That the Committee note the outcome of the
report; and

(b) That the Committee support the resulting action
plan.
