That that committee recommends that
Flintshire County Council adopts ‘the
pledge’ and adopts the Corporate Parenting Charter: ‘A
Promise for Wales.’

 

(b)       That the Children’s
Services Forum take a lead in measuring organisational success and
commitment to the Corporate Parenting Charter.
