Purpose

To update the Committee on changes to the format of
Committee minutes and the impact on the hosting arrangements for
meetings.
 
 
 

Content

(a)   
That the Committee accept the change to the format
of minutes as per  the template attached
as Appendix 1.
 
(b)   
That following the change to the format of minutes
being implemented, all council and committee meetings to be
delivered in ‘hybrid’ format.
