Purpose

To advise on the outcome of the statutory
consultation exercise to reorganise specialist education provision,
to recommend to proceed with the proposal and allow for publication
of a statutory notice providing a 28 day notice period for
objections.

Content

(a)      
That the outcomes from the consultation be noted;
 

(b)       That Cabinet agrees
to support and provide any commentary for the proposed expansion of
inhouse specialist education provision at Ysgol Pen Coch primary
special school, Flint; and
 

(c)        That it be
approved to proceed to issuing a statutory notice to commence a
18-day period for objections.
