To consider Audit Wales report “Cracks
in the Foundations” and the recommendations made within that
report and how key elements of the Building Safety Act 2022 are
being implemented in Wales.

That the Committee notes the outcome of the Audit
Wales report and supports the actions to be taken to address the
four recommendations made for Local Authorities.
