RESOLVED: 
 

That the press and public be excluded from the meeting as
the following item is considered to be exempt by
virtue of Paragraph(s) 15 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Local
Government Act 1972 (as amended).
 
Paragraphs 12 and 13 of the report contains information relating
to or which
might tend to identify a living individual and the public
interest in withholding
the information
outweighs the interest in disclosing the information.
