Purpose

The grant will contribute
towards employing freelance carnival artists to work with local
school students to make costumes to take part in the carnival
parade.

Decision Reason:
Brigitte has a proven track record of
delivering Chiarivari each year. It is
a great way of involving young people in the town to feel part of
the community. Schools in my ward will be participating and I am
more than happy to support this.
