replacing the rotting sleepers in the garden and upgrading the
area.

Decision Reason:
The RMCH has launched a project to upgrade the
garden area that is used extensively by the RMCH clients and is
particularly useful for those requiring a quiet environment for
reflection. I fully support this grant request.
