Purpose

The grant will contribute towards employing carnival
musicians to play in the procession of school students from the
Stade to the Leas Bandstand as part of Charivari Day
procession.

Decision

Decision Reason:
 
Charivari is an absolutely brilliant event and I am always
in awe of the amount of work that must go in behind the scenes.
It's also key for community well being
and cohesion in my opinion.
